I am so glad you are here!
A little bit about me and my photography style.
I love the Pacific Northwest, there are so many beautiful areas for photoshoots. I aim to use local areas as the backdrop for my shoots. During the shoot, my goal is to make you and yours comfortable and supported. I do this by smiling A LOT and often times joking around. I like to keep things light and fun!
More about me - I have 2 amazing kiddos, 1 awesome husband, an English bulldog, and a red-footed tortoise. I shoot with Nikon which is the first brand my grandfather introduced me to when I was little. I love comedy, SNL and Seinfeld are two of my favorites!

Melissa was fun to work with. She took the time needed and carefully considered lighting, locations and angles. Her manner is comfortable and relaxed. The pictures turned out amazing!

Don't be. The Swell Lens philosophy is - allow them to wiggle and move. They are more likely to smile and engage if they are able to get the wiggles out. Some of the best shots come from kids just being themselves.
Are you thinking about how in the world you will get your pet to pose for a family photo?
Do not stress. The Swell Lens philosophy is - allow your pets to get comfortable. Don't be concerned about them posing for the camera. Allow me to capture those fun moments along the way. These are the moments you will look back on and smile.
